FAQ
Will our client see your name?
No. Parts ship unbranded in plain packaging, with your documents, to you or directly to your client.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign yours so your client relationships and designs stay protected.
Is there a minimum order?
AED 500 per order, and 25 units for custom runs.
How long does it take?
Lead time confirmed on your quote. Larger runs get a dated schedule with the quote.
How is trade pricing set?
Trade pricing on your quote: send the brief, quantity and date and we quote per job with the free mock-up. Indicative list prices: logo nameplates AED 90 per set (25–99) or AED 85 (100+), 1,000+ on request (partner capacity); event tokens AED 12 (200–499) or AED 10 (500–999), 1,000+ after partner print-farm pricing, never below AED 10; tower plaque from AED 350. Packaging quoted separately; delivery charged at cost.
